  • Author: Sandra Brooks
  • Total Time: 2 hours
  • Yield: 20 gummies 1x

Description

This pink salt gummy recipe is a simple, healthy way to curb sugar cravings, boost hydration, and support energy—perfect for daily snacking.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup filtered water

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup

1/4 tsp finely ground Himalayan pink salt

2 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder

Optional: 1/2 tsp turmeric or ginger powder

Instructions

1. Warm the water slightly in a saucepan (don’t boil).

2. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, vinegar, sweetener, and pink salt.

3. Sprinkle gelatin slowly while whisking to avoid clumps.

4. Add the warm water and stir until gelatin fully dissolves.

5. Pour into silicone molds or a lined dish.

6. Refrigerate 2 hours or until fully set.

7. Pop out and store in an airtight container.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fruit juice or coconut water in place of plain water.

Adjust sweetener to taste or omit for a lower-sugar option.

Great as a pre-workout or post-fasting mineral support.
